Ziering Scope
Dr. Ziering designed and commissioned the exclusive Ziering Scope specifically for the purpose of microscopic follicular unit grafting, as he found that standard microscopes were inadequate for the precision work involved. The overall viewing size was too small and the images offered were unsatisfactory for working with a patient's limited donor hair.
The Ziering Scope enables our micro-technicians to see follicular units in better detail for preservation of more hair follicles and hair transplantation surgery results.
- Brighter lamp for much improved visual clarity
- 3-dimensional view for greater depth of field during graft separation
- Broader field of illumination adds to visibility
- Cool light prevents damage to grafts from excess lamp heat
- Improved ergonomics improves accuracy
- Virtually eliminates donor hair damage from human error
- Larger stage allows for greater manual dexterity in tissue separation
Using this special microscope, the team can clearly visualise the naturally occurring one, two, three and four hair follicular unit groupings, before dissecting these grafts individually from the donor tissue to use during hair restoration surgery.
The result is more precise preparation and preservation of your donor hair.
The Ziering Scope is just one of the innovations that allows our team to lead the UK in hair transplantation surgery.
